User Responsibilities

- Participants must provide accurate name, contact, business, and payment details.
- Submitting a form or payment does not permit misuse of the meeting, spam, or unrelated promotions.
- Participants are responsible for joining the meeting on time using the access details shared with them.
- Participants must enter UPI PINs, bank credentials, or payment passwords only inside their chosen payment app or bank interface, never on this website.
Meeting Access
Confirmed participants receive meeting access digitally through WhatsApp, email, or another practical communication channel. Access details are meant only for the registered participant and should not be shared publicly.
Usage Restrictions and Participant Conduct
- Participants should communicate respectfully and professionally.
- Digital Growth Circle may remove or refuse participation where conduct is disruptive, misleading, or harmful.
- The organiser may change the meeting format, timing, or agenda when operationally necessary.
- Participants must not record, copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share meeting access, meeting content, or participant information without permission.
- Participants must not use the meeting or registration data for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
Payment Terms
The current meeting registration fee is Rs. 99 per participant. Taxes, payment gateway charges, or other charges may apply only if shown during payment. A registration is treated as pending until payment is verified where payment is required. Payment confirmation is normally checked through the Razorpay dashboard or the payment provider record.
Refunds, Cancellations, Returns, and Delivery
Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Since the service is digital meeting access and no physical goods are sold, returns are handled under the Return Policy. Meeting access delivery is described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Digital Growth Circle name, website content, meeting materials, agenda, communication templates, and related content are owned by or licensed to the organiser unless otherwise stated. Participants retain ownership of their own business information and introductions, but they must not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute Digital Growth Circle material without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Digital Growth Circle meetings are provided for networking and learning purposes. The organiser does not guarantee business leads, sales, referrals, revenue, or any specific commercial outcome.
