Participant Cancellation

Participants may request cancellation support before meeting access is shared or before the meeting starts. Once meeting access has been shared or the meeting has started, registration fees are generally non-refundable. Approval of any refund remains subject to verification of the registration, payment reference, and timing of the request.

Refund or cancellation requests should normally be raised at least 1 day before the scheduled meeting time or before digital meeting access has been shared, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation by Organiser

If the organiser cancels the meeting and does not provide an alternative date or digital access option, eligible paid registrations may be refunded after verification.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

Duplicate payments or clearly incorrect payments may be reviewed and refunded after verification of the payment reference and registration details. Participants should share their name, mobile number, email address, meeting date, amount paid, and UTR or payment reference.

Meeting Cancellation

If Digital Growth Circle cancels a paid meeting and does not provide an alternative date or access option, eligible paid registrations may be refunded.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. We try to initiate approved refunds within 7 working days after verification. Final credit timelines may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are normally not provided where access has already been shared, the meeting has started, the participant provided incorrect contact details, or the participant could not attend for a personal scheduling reason after confirmation.
